1. Grant of License
MonolineFonts grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our fonts according to the terms of the license you purchased.
2. License Tiers
- Personal Use License
- For individual, non-commercial use only
- Perfect for hobbyists and personal projects
- Use on personal computers and for personal craft projects
- Cannot be used for any commercial or profit-making activities
- Small Business License
- For small businesses with up to 5 employees
- Ideal for Etsy shops, small online stores, and local craft businesses
- Can be used for creating and selling products, but not for resale of the font itself
- Limited to 10,000 product sales per year
- Standard Commercial License
- For businesses with up to 20 employees
- Suitable for larger online stores, design agencies, and mid-sized companies
- Can be used for creating and selling products, marketing materials, and client work
- No limit on product sales
- Extended Commercial License
- For larger businesses with up to 50 employees
- Includes all Standard Commercial License features
- Additional rights for high-volume usage and broader applications
- Allows for use in print-on-demand services and digital products
- Enterprise License
- For large corporations and unlimited usage
- Includes all Extended Commercial License features
- Allows for unlimited installations across the organization
- Includes rights for sublicensing to contractors and affiliates
3. Permitted Uses
- Personal Use: You may use the fonts for personal projects.
- Commercial Use: You may use the fonts for commercial projects based on the license type purchased. This includes creating and selling products, marketing materials, and client work within the limits of the specific license tier.
4. Restrictions
- No Resale: You may not sell, distribute, or sublicense the fonts.
- No Modification: You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works based on the fonts without permission.
5. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the fonts remain with MonolineFonts. You do not acquire any ownership rights through your purchase.
6. Custom Fonts
Custom font services are available and priced based on the number of glyphs and formats. Pricing tiers include Basic, Standard, and Premium options. Exact pricing will be provided after consultation and project scoping.
7. Special Offers and Discounts
- Student Discount: 20% off any license with a valid student ID.
- Bulk Purchase: Buy 5 fonts, get 1 free.
- Seasonal Sales: Check our website for holiday and special event discounts.
- Newsletter Subscriber: 10% off your first purchase when you sign up for our newsletter.
8. Termination
MonolineFonts reserves the right to terminate the license if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the fonts and delete them from your devices.
9. Limitation of Liability
MonolineFonts is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the fonts. Your sole remedy for any issues is to cease using the fonts.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Indonesia.
