Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on font purchases. Please review the font samples and license terms before making a purchase.
2. Physical Goods
For any physical goods (e.g., merchandise) purchased, you may request a refund within 3 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in the original packaging. Contact us at info@monolinefonts.com for assistance.
3. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for custom fonts or fonts purchased through special promotions.
